Prof. Dr. Elif Aydıner is a distinguished faculty member at Marmara University’s School of Medicine, specializing in Pediatrics and Allergy within the Department of Internal Medical Sciences. She graduated from Cerrahpaşa University, Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and completed her Pediatrics residency at Marmara University in 2006. In 2011, she earned her fellowship in Pediatric Immunology and Allergy. Since 2012, she has been a faculty member at Marmara University. Dr. Karakoç Aydıner is an expert in diagnosing and treating primary immunodeficiency disorders and childhood allergic diseases. Her research focuses on personalized immunoglobulin replacement therapies, targeted treatments for immune deficiencies, and the natural history and immunotherapy of food allergies. She has authored numerous scientific publications and actively supervises medical research projects.
With an extensive background in pediatric immunology, Dr. Karakoç Aydıner’s work aims to improve patient outcomes through innovative and personalized therapeutic approaches. She continues to lead and participate in national and international collaborative research initiatives, advancing the understanding and treatment of immune and allergic disorders in children.
