  • Accommodation prices will be based on the TCMB Euro selling rate on the date of the organization.
  • “3 Nights Accommodation Package” prices include bed and breakfast between 27 and 30 April 2025.
  • Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 12:00 (noon)
  • No rooms will be pre-booked at the hotels, and arrangements will proceed based on requests. Accommodation prices may vary depending on the hotel’s availability. It will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • From Istanbul & Sabiha Gökçen International airport to the congress hotel transfers will be between the 28-30 April 2025, for all participants who notified in advance the transportation hours to Organization Agency before.
  • In case of time changes for transfers, please inform us at least 72 hours before your flight.
  • Please contact with Organization Agency for all your private transfer requests.

  • The transaction fee for names and name changes sent after the specified date: 50 Euros + VAT/per person
  • The transaction fee for transfer details and changes sent after the specified date: 50 Euros + VAT/per person-one way.
  • Budgets will be arranged according to the period on the payment date.
  • Taxes are not included in the fees specified in the sponsorship file.
  • D Event Turizm has the right to reflect tax changes in prices and reserves the right to change prices in the event of significant changes in the economic conditions in the country.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations should be submitted to D Event Tourism in a written form.
  • For cancellation of registration,accommodation, transportation and/or any sponsorship made before February 17th, 2025, %10 of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after February 19th, 2024.
  • Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization.
  • Sponsor companies must complete all of their payments before the event. 10% interest rate will be applied over the total invoice amount for each monthly delay that may occur in payments.
